Jamey's vision of an appraisal company with an extreme dedication to quality and service is also shared by his staff. The staff consists of FHA licensed, experienced appraisers that cover a large section of South Carolina. 15 total counties are served by PAS INC.'s knowledgeable staff.
The Midlands (Columbia Metro Area), Pee Dee (Florence/Darlington Area) and Grand Strand (Myrtle Beach Area) comprise the majority of our service area. Our clients are impressed by our drive to provide high quality reports in an efficient manner. We also believe in communicating with our clients throughout the appraisal process. Our updates include appointment and delivery times, property condition and/or compliance issues, and any other issues that may impact the loan process.
